ROULETTE BETTING STRATEGY
Playing roulette isn’t just a case of betting on your favorite numbers. Okay, it could be. But if you’re going to become a roulette aficionado, then you want to know some alternative betting strategies to implement. We’ve put together a short guide to some of the most popular strategies to use at Roulette casinos.
Martingale – a system that can also be used for other games such as baccarat. The idea behind this strategy is that every time you lose a hand, you double your bet on the next one. Once you win, you return back to your original stake.
Grand Martingale – this is the same as above but on a grander scale. As well as doubling your bet after a loss, you add an extra amount that was equal to your original bet. If you hit a losing streak, things can get quite scary fast.
Reverse Martingale – as it says, you double your bet after each win. Really lucrative when you’re on a winning streak.
D’alembert – a better option for players who may find it daunting to double bets, especially when the stakes are high. This is a lower risk betting strategy, where you increase your bet by one unit, rather than doubling after a losing hand.
Fibonacci – this is based on the famous Fibonacci number sequence where you add the numbers previously. For example. 1+1 is 2. 2+1 is 3. 3+2 is 5. You’ll see the sequence expand from 1-2-3-5-8-13, to 987 and beyond. The point is to place bets on even numbers as you’ll have a 50% chance of winning. When you win that bet, you move on to the next number in the sequence.
